New construction of an 11 unit, Four Star Built Green multi-family community that features a series of bio-filtration planters, which take rainwater from the roof terraces and channel it to the earth in a cascading series of gardens. The storm water is harnessed to give residents privacy, lush green planting beds, and wildlife habitat.
